Hafod is an organic cheddar-type cheese handmade using only the milk from the farm’s own small herd of Ayrshire cows. 210g Wedge Flavour - Deep, mellow and rich with butter. Just a hint of sharpness. Appearance - Golden yellow, some openness of texture. Aroma - rich, sweet. Texture - Firm/ medium bodied.
