Tyn yr Helyg is a long established Soil Association certified organic small holding in West Wales.
Tyn yr Helyg grow seasonal staples, especially salads and leafy vegetables, soft fruit and herbs. They grow nearly everything outdoors, so availability is decidedly seasonal. The farm is also managed for wildlife and biodiversity, in 2017 with the support of the Glastir Farm Woodland Creation Scheme they planted three hectares of fledgling woodland.
Based at Blaencamel farm in Cilcennin Peter, Anne and family have been growing organic fruit and vegetables in the glorious Aeron Valley for over 45 years.

Emma and Dave sell a range of fruit, veg, plants, preserves, juices, cordials and flowers from their 5 acre farm near Llanidloes. Emma is also a Tutor / trainer on the Pathways to Farming project.
Sophia and Scott manage their small dairy in Wales with compassion and respect at the heart of its practice, keeping young with mums, farming regeneratively, and making nutrient dense food. They offer delicious milk, halloumi, fudge and yoghurt each week in the hub.

Mêl Calon Aur
Mêl Calon Aur have a number of apiaries in the Aberystwyth area. Their bees produce honey principally from the apple and pear trees in the Gogerddan Heritage Orchard during spring and from the wild flowers in and around Tynygraig during the summer months. They are treatment-free beekeepers.Â
A volunteer run community garden at the top of Penglais hill, by the Students’ Union. Perllan Gogerddan - a recently established orchard containing heritage and rare cultivars of perry pears and cider apples.
Paul, Suzanne, Billy and their team have an excellent example of a newly created market garden. They work hard to supply lots of high quality vegetables.
Based in Carmarthenshire, Tetrim Teas ethically handcrafts tea blends using natural, locally sourced ingredients. They work with local growers to source seasonal ingredients, and their not-for-profit structure means they enjoy giving back to the community and to their growers.
Pori Bach beef is a really special product. The cattle are all pasture fed and are a key species as they conservation graze nature reserves - including RSPB Ynyshir. Grazing animals on 100% pasture brings positive impacts for biodiversity and carbon, human health and wellbeing, and animal health and welfare.
